Can I Return My Order?
Yep, you sure can!
If you're not stoked with your order, no worries—just send it back within 14 days of receiving it. Here’s what you need to know:

The item must be in its original condition with all parts, bits, and packaging included.

It should only show normal handling wear—damage from rough treatment isn’t covered.

Hygiene-sensitive items must be cleaned before returning.

If you spot a defect straight away, let us know pronto.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We’ll process your return within 7 business days once received. If all checks out, you’ll get the green light for the return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the item has been misused.
How Do I Return My Order?

Heads up—don’t send it back to the original sender! We’ll provide the correct return details once you get in touch.
🔹 Important: Returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in China, and you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You received the wrong size or colour due to an error on our part.
If we confirm an issue due to our mistake, we will provide:

Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, the fastest way is to:

Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, here’s what happens:

If the issue is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect item sent, wrong size, defective product), a full refund will be issued.

If the item was received as ordered and matches the size details provided at checkout, a partial refund may be offered instead.

Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation Policy)
If you're buying for personal use, you have the right to cancel your order under these conditions:
A. Cancellation Policy
You’ve got 6 hours to cancel your order—no need to give a reason. This starts from the moment you place the order.

Since we run an automated system, orders are processed as soon as they come in.

After 6 hours, we can’t stop shipping. Refunds are only available once the goods are returned.

Goods in Delivery

Our items ship from Asia, so delivery times may vary.

If your order is already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible until it arrives.

Once it arrives, you can return it following the return process above.
Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel within 6 hours, we’ll refund you within 3-7 business days.

If you cancel after shipping, the refund will be processed once we receive the returned goods.

The refund will exclude shipping costs unless you paid for upgraded shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Address
All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia. Full return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
